Refund and Returns Policy

  • Perishable goods, intimate products (e.g., miswak), and items on clearance or sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Organic or perishable products (e.g., honey, herbs, oils)

  • Opened or used health and hygiene items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Digital items or downloads

  • Books with signs of use, damage, or personal marking

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request:

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or through bank/bKash transfer as applicable.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

6. Exchanges

  • We offer replacements only for defective or damaged items.

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us immediately upon receiving the product.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
